Frequently asked questions
What documents are needed for international transport?
The core document is the CMR consignment note plus a commercial invoice. Shipments outside the EU additionally require customs documents (e.g. T1 transit, TIR carnet). We help compile the full document set as part of our forwarding service.
What is the difference between domestic and international forwarding?
International transport requires additional documentation (CMR note, sometimes customs documents), compliance with EU regulations (the Mobility Package), and longer lead times due to border crossings.
What is the Mobility Package?
A set of EU regulations governing driver working and rest time, cabotage rules, and the mandatory return of vehicles to the carrier's home country. We factor these into route planning at all times.
Does Micsped operate its own fleet of vehicles?
No - we are a freight forwarder, not a carrier. Orders are carried out through a network of trusted, independent carriers, which lets us flexibly match a vehicle to each shipment, regardless of where the cargo is actually picked up. Our office in Ośno Lubuskie coordinates the whole process, and we always confirm exact timing and cost individually for each order.
Do you handle one-off orders or only long-term cooperation?
We handle both one-off shipments and regular, ongoing cooperation with business clients. Every enquiry is quoted individually.
